2. yang mengirim duta-duta melalui laut dalam perahu-perahu pandan mengarungi permukaan air! Pergilah, hai utusan-utusan yang tangkas, kepada bangsa yang jangkung dan berkulit mengkilap, kepada kaum yang ditakuti dekat dan jauh, yakni bangsa yang berkekuatan ulet dan lalim, yang negerinya dilintasi sungai-sungai!
