Beginilah firman TUHAN, Penebus Israel, Allahnya yang Mahakudus, kepada dia yang dihinakan orang, kepada dia yang dijijikkan bangsa-bangsa, kepada hamba penguasa-penguasa: "Raja-raja akan melihat perbuatan-Ku, lalu bangkit memberi hormat, dan pembesar-pembesar akan sujud menyembah, oleh karena TUHAN yang setia oleh karena Yang Mahakudus, Allah Israel, yang memilih engkau."
