8. TUHAN telah bersumpah demi tangan kanan-Nya, demi tangan kekuatan-Nya: "Sesungguhnya, Aku tidak akan memberi gandummu lagi sebagai makanan kepada musuhmu, dan sesungguhnya, orang-orang asing tidak akan meminum air anggurmu yang telah kauhasilkan dengan bersusah-susah;
