16. sehingga orang yang hendak mendapat berkat di negeri akan memohon berkat demi Allah yang setia, dan orang yang hendak bersumpah di negeri akan bersumpah demi Allah yang setia, sebab kesesakan-kesesakan yang dahulu sudah terlupa, dan sudah tersembunyi dari mata-Ku."
