"Beginilah firman TUHAN, hai keturunan Daud: Jatuhkanlah hukum yang adil setiap pagi dan lepaskanlah dari tangan pemerasnya orang yang dirampas haknya, supaya kehangatan murka-Ku jangan menyambar seperti api dan menyala-nyala dengan tidak ada yang memadamkannya, oleh karena perbuatan-perbuatanmu yang jahat!
