4. Apabila ia melarikan diri ke salah satu kota tadi, maka haruslah ia tinggal berdiri di depan pintu gerbang kota dan memberitahukan perkaranya kepada para tua-tua kota. Mereka harus menerima dia dalam kota itu dan memberikan tempat kepadanya, dan ia akan diam pada mereka.
