5. Apabila penuntut tebusan darah itu mengejar dia, pembunuh itu tidak akan diserahkan mereka ke dalam tangannya, sebab ia telah membunuh sesamanya manusia dengan tidak ada niat lebih dahulu, dan dengan tidak menaruh benci kepadanya lebih dahulu.
