9. Itulah kota-kota yang ditetapkan bagi semua orang Israel dan bagi pendatang-pendatang yang ada di tengah-tengah mereka, supaya setiap orang yang membunuh seseorang dengan tidak sengaja dapat melarikan diri ke sana dan jangan mati dibunuh oleh tangan penuntut tebusan darah, sebelum ia dihadapkan kepada rapat jemaah.
