2. Yosua menyuruh orang dari Yerikho ke Ai, yang letaknya dekat Bet-Awen, di sebelah timur Betel, dan berkata kepada mereka, demikian: "Pergilah ke sana dan intailah negeri itu." Maka pergilah orang-orang itu ke sana dan mengintai kota Ai.
