ג. וַיִּקְרָא־בֹו֩ לִפְנֵ֨י הָרְחֹ֜וב אֲשֶׁ֣ר ׀ לִפְנֵ֣י שַֽׁעַר־הַמַּ֗יִם מִן־הָאֹור֙ עַד־מַחֲצִ֣ית הַיֹּ֔ום נֶ֛גֶד הָאֲנָשִׁ֥ים וְהַנָּשִׁ֖ים וְהַמְּבִינִ֑ים וְאָזְנֵ֥י כָל־הָעָ֖ם אֶל־סֵ֥פֶר הַתֹּורָֽה׃
