41. ज्योंही छोकरा चला गया, त्योंही दाऊद दक्खिन दिशा की अलंग से निकला, और भूमि पर औंधे मुंह गिरके तीन बार दण्डवत् की; तब उन्हों ने एक दूसरे को चूमा, और एक दूसरे के साथ रोए, परन्तु दाऊद को रोना अधिक था।
