21. उसके स्थान में एक तुच्छ मनुष्य उठेगा, जिसकी राजप्रतिष्ठा पहिले तो न होगी, तौभी वह चैन के समय आकर चिकनी- चुपड़ी बातों के द्वारा राज्य को प्राप्त करेगा।
