16. Þegar Sýrlendingar sáu, að þeir höfðu beðið ósigur fyrir Ísrael, þá sendu þeir menn og buðu út Sýrlendingum, sem voru hinumegin við Efrat, og Sófak, hershöfðingi Hadaresers, var fyrir þeim.
