25. Þrisvar sinnum á ári fórnaði Salómon brennifórnum og heillafórnum á altarinu, er hann hafði reist Drottni, og færði auk þess reykelsisfórnir á því altari, sem stóð frammi fyrir Drottni. Þannig fullgjörði hann musterið.
