39. Og Davíð gyrti sig sverði sínu utan yfir brynjukuflinn og fór að ganga, því að hann hafði aldrei reynt það áður. Þá sagði Davíð við Sál: 'Ég get ekki gengið í þessu, því að ég hefi aldrei reynt það áður.' Og þeir færðu Davíð úr þessu,
