13. Þá tók Davíð sig upp og hans menn, um sex hundruð manns, og þeir lögðu af stað frá Kegílu og sveimuðu víðsvegar. En er Sál frétti, að Davíð hefði forðað sér burt frá Kegílu, þá hætti hann við herförina.
