3. Og er lýðurinn kom aftur í herbúðirnar, þá sögðu öldungar Ísraels: 'Hví hefir Drottinn látið oss bíða ósigur í dag fyrir Filistum? Vér skulum sækja sáttmálsörk Drottins til Síló, og þegar hún er komin hér meðal vor, mun hún frelsa oss af hendi óvina vorra.'
