2. Gekk hann fram fyrir Asa og mælti til hans: 'Hlýðið á mig, þér Asa og allur Júda og Benjamín. Drottinn er með yður, ef þér eruð með honum. Ef þér leitið hans, mun hann gefa yður kost á að finna sig, en ef þér yfirgefið hann, mun hann yfirgefa yður.
