4. Þá sagði Elía við hann: 'Elísa, vertu hér kyrr, því að Drottinn hefir sent mig til Jeríkó.' Hann svaraði: 'Svo sannarlega sem Drottinn lifir og svo sannarlega sem þú lifir, mun ég eigi við þig skilja.' Fóru þeir þá til Jeríkó.
