26. Þá sá sjónarvörðurinn annan mann koma hlaupandi. Kallaði sjónarvörðurinn þá niður í hliðið og mælti: 'Þarna kemur annar maður hlaupandi einn saman.' Þá mælti konungur: 'Sá mun og flytja góð tíðindi.'
