15. En Jóab og menn hans komu og umkringdu hann í Abel Bet Maaka og hlóðu virkisvegg gegn borginni upp að varnargarðinum. Gekk nú allt liðið, er með Jóab var, sem ákafast fram í því að brjóta múrinn.
