39. og í hin rammgjörðu vígin mun hann afla sér manna, er tilheyra útlendum guði. Þeim sem hann viðurkenna, mun hann veita mikla sæmd og láta þá ríkja yfir mörgum og úthluta þeim landi að verðlaunum.
