31. til þess að lögleiða þessa púrímdaga á hinum ákveðna tíma, eins og Mordekai Gyðingur og Ester drottning höfðu lögleitt þá fyrir þá, eins og þeir höfðu lögleitt ákvæðin um föstur og harmakvein, er þeim skyldi fylgja, fyrir sig og niðja sína.
