48. Ef nokkur útlendingur býr hjá þér og vill halda Drottni páska, þá skal umskera allt karlkyn hjá honum, og má hann þá koma og halda hátíðina, og skal hann vera sem innborinn maður. En enginn óumskorinn skal þess neyta.
