8. En þeir voru mér mótsnúnir og vildu eigi hlýða mér. Þeir vörpuðu eigi burt viðurstyggðum þeim, er þeir höfðu fyrir augum, og þeir yfirgáfu eigi skurðgoð Egyptalands. Þá hugði ég að úthella reiði minni yfir þá, að svala heift minni á þeim í Egyptalandi.
