4. Það er helgigjöf í jarðeign. Skal hún tilheyra prestunum, þeim er gegna þjónustu við helgidóminn og nálgast mega Drottin til að þjóna honum. Skal það vera húsastæði handa þeim og tilheyra helgidóminum sem heilagt svæði.
