14. Gangi því höfðingjar vorir fram fyrir allan söfnuðinn, og allir þeir í borgum vorum, er gengið hafa að eiga útlendar konur, skulu koma hver á tilteknum tíma, og með þeim öldungar hverrar borgar og dómarar hennar, þar til er þeir hafa snúið hinni brennandi reiði Guðs vors frá oss að því er mál þetta snertir.'
