12. Það sé konunginum vitanlegt, að Gyðingar þeir, er fóru upp eftir frá þér til vor, eru komnir til Jerúsalem. Eru þeir að reisa að nýju þessa óeirðargjörnu og vondu borg, fullgjöra múrana og gjöra við grundvöllinn.
