17. Fyrir því hefir Drottinn enga gleði af æskumönnum þess og enga meðaumkun með munaðarleysingjum þess og ekkjum, því að allir eru þeir guðleysingjar og illvirkjar, og hver munnur mælir heimsku. Allt fyrir þetta linnti ekki reiði hans, og hönd hans er enn þá útrétt.
