7. En eftir það _ segir Drottinn _ mun ég selja Sedekía Júdakonung og þjóna hans og lýðinn, þá er eftir verða í þessari borg eftir drepsóttina, sverðið og hungrið, í hendur Nebúkadresars Babelkonungs og í hendur óvina þeirra og í hendur þeirra, er sækjast eftir lífi þeirra, og hann mun drepa þá með sverðseggjum hlífðarlaust, vægðarlaust og miskunnarlaust.'
