20. Er Efraím mér þá svo dýrmætur sonur eða slíkt eftirlætisbarn, að þótt ég hafi oft hótað honum, þá verð ég ávallt að minnast hans að nýju? Fyrir því kemst hjarta mitt við vegna hans, ég hlýt að miskunna mig yfir hann _ segir Drottinn.
