24. Þeir sögðu því hver við annan: 'Rífum hann ekki sundur, köstum heldur hlut um, hver skuli fá hann.' Svo rættist ritningin: Þeir skiptu með sér klæðum mínum og köstuðu hlut um kyrtil minn. Þetta gjörðu hermennirnir.
