6. Þá sagði Drottinn við Jósúa: 'Ekki skalt þú hræðast þá, því að á morgun í þetta mund mun ég láta þá alla liggja fallna frammi fyrir Ísrael. Þú skalt skera sundur hásinarnar á hestum þeirra og brenna vagna þeirra í eldi.'
