16. Og sá er lastmælir nafni Drottins, skal líflátinn verða. Allur söfnuðurinn skal vægðarlaust grýta hann. Hvort heldur er útlendur maður eða innborinn, lastmæli hann nafninu, skal hann líflátinn.
