28. Þó skal eigi selja eða leysa nokkurn hlut bannfærðan, það er einhver helgar Drottni með bannfæringu af einhverju því, er hann á, hvort heldur er maður, skepna eða óðalsland hans. Sérhver hlutur bannfærður er alhelgaður Drottni.
