12. Nú tók degi að halla. Komu þá þeir tólf að máli við hann og sögðu: 'Lát þú mannfjöldann fara, að þeir geti náð til þorpa og býla hér í kring og náttað sig og fengið mat, því að hér erum vér á óbyggðum stað.'
