11. Höfðingjar hennar dæma fyrir mútur og prestar hennar veita fræðslu fyrir kaup. Spámenn hennar spá fyrir peninga og reiða sig í því efni á Drottin og segja: 'Er ekki Drottinn vor á meðal? Engin ógæfa kemur yfir oss!'
