8. Og með því að þú reyndir hann að trúmennsku gagnvart þér, þá gjörðir þú sáttmála við hann um að gefa niðjum hans land Kanaaníta, Hetíta, Amóríta, Peresíta, Jebúsíta og Gírgasíta. Og þú efndir orð þín, því að þú ert réttlátur.
