9. Or v’era quivi un profeta dell’Eterno, per nome Oded. Egli uscì incontro all’esercito che tornava a Samaria, e disse loro: "Ecco, l’Eterno, l’Iddio de’ vostri padri, nella sua ira contro Giuda, ve li ha dati nelle mani; e voi li avete uccisi con tal furore, ch’è giunto fino al cielo.
