15. DIO mandò pure un angelo a Gerusalemme per distruggerla; ma, mentre egli si apprestava a distruggere, l' Eterno volse lo sguardo, si pentì della calamità inflitta e disse all' angelo che distruggeva: "Ora basta! Trattieni la tua mano!". L' angelo dell' Eterno stava in piedi presso l' aia di Ornan, il Gebuseo.
