23. "Così dice Ciro, re di Persia; L' Eterno, il DIO dei cieli, mi ha dato tutti i regni della terra. Egli mi ha comandato di costruirgli una casa in Gerusalemme, che è in Giuda. Chi di voi appartiene al suo popolo? L' Eterno, il suo DIO, sia con lui e parta!".
