Ora dunque, o Eterno, DIO d' Israele, mantieni col tuo servo Davide, mio padre, ciò che gli hai promesso dicendo: "A te non mancherà mai alcuno che sieda davanti a me sul trono d' Israele, purché i tuoi figli veglino sulla loro condotta e per camminare nella mia legge, come tu hai camminato davanti a me"
