9. Così Hazael andò incontro a Eliseo portando con sé in dono le migliori cose di Damasco: un carico di quaranta cammelli. Egli quindi andò, si presentò a lui e gli disse: "Il tuo figlio Ben-Hadad, re di Siria, mi ha mandato da te per domandarti, dicendo: "Guarirò da questa malattia?"".
