11. ci sarà fra le due parti un giuramento davanti all' Eterno per sapere se il depositario non ha messo la sua mano sui beni del suo vicino. Il padrone della cosa accetterà il giuramento, e l' altro non sarà tenuto al risarcimento di danni.
