26. E dissi: "Non peccò forse Salomone, re d' Israele, per queste cose? Eppure fra tante nazioni, non ci fu re simile a lui; era amato dal suo DIO, e DIO l' aveva stabilito re su tutto Israele; ma le donne straniere fecero peccare anche lui.
