1. Canto dei pellegrinaggi Io alzo gli occhi ai monti: da dove mi verrà l' aiuto?
  
2. Il mio aiuto viene dall' Eterno, che ha fatto i cieli e la terra,
  
3. Egli non permetterà che il tuo piede vacilli, colui che ti protegge non sonnecchierà.
  
4. Ecco, colui che protegge Israele non sonnecchia e non dorme.
  
5. L' Eterno è colui che ti protegge, l' Eterno è la tua ombra, egli è alla tua destra.
  
6. DIO giorno il sole non ti colpirà, né la luna di notte.
  
7. L' Eterno ti custodirà da ogni male; egli custodirà la tua vita.
  
8. L' Eterno custodirà il tuo uscire e il tuo entrare ora e sempre.
