8. Fece venire tutti i sacerdoti delle città di Giuda, profanò gli alti luoghi dove i sacerdoti avevano offerto incenso, da Gheba a Beer-Seba, e abbatté i templi delle porte della città: quello che era all' ingresso della porta di Giosuè, governatore della città, e quello che era a sinistra della porta della città.
