15. Infatti così parla Colui che è l' Alto, l' eccelso, che abita l' eternità, e che si chiama il Santo. «Io dimoro nel luogo eccelso e santo, ma sto vicino a chi è oppresso e umile di spirito per ravvivare lo spirito degli umili, per ravvivare il cuore degli oppressi.
