2. Allora pregò e disse: «O SIGNORE, non era forse questo che io dicevo, mentre ero ancora nel mio paese? Perciò mi affrettai a fuggire a Tarsis. Sapevo infatti che tu sei un Dio misericordioso, pietoso, lento all' ira e di gran bontà e che ti penti del male minacciato.
