16. Perché, ecco, io susciterò nel paese un pastore che non si curerà delle pecore che periscono, non cercherà le disperse, non guarirà le ferite, non nutrirà quelle che stanno in piedi, ma mangerà la carne delle grasse e strapperà loro perfino le unghie.
